1st day – we start from your hotel at 8am heading towards the port of Ceasa where we will see some species of fish in the market then we continue in a boat towards the floating community of Catalão where we will have the opportunity to see one of the largest species of freshwater scaled fish of the world known as the pirarucu that grows 2 meters in size and comes to weigh 250 kg. then we do a ride to know the Catalan community, a floating community, then we continue towards the encounter of the waters where we will see the phenomenon of Rio Negro and Río Solimões meeting without mixing. we then continue towards the community of Careiro where we change from boat to a van to drive on the br-319 highway for an hour and a half to the river Maçarico where is our boat that will take us to our Pousada do Maçarico located 110 km from Manaus in a straight line. we have lunch and get our accommodations. At 2:30 pm we go out to do local Canoe activities on the Igapó to have a recognition of the area and try to find some species of animals found in the area such as monkeys sloth river dolphins and the beautiful sunset. Then we go back to Pousada, We have dinner and after dinner we go out again to do an alligator spotting with an explanation of the species and afterwards we return to Pousada.
2nd day at five in the morning we are going out to see the sunrise and see some species of birds of the region and after this we return for breakfast at 7 o’clock. at 8 o’clock in the morning we go out for a walk that lasts around 4 hours. During this walk we’ll see some species of medicinal plants that the natives use for healing some local diseases with plants like açaí Brasil nut tree and the possibility of finding some animals can be very big too. after this we turn to Pousada for lunch at 12. And at 2:30 pm we go out to fish for piranha in the flooded forest at 6 o’clock in the afternoon we return to Pousada for dinner and at 8 Pm we went out to fish with a harpoon.
3rd day at 8 o’clock in the morning we go out to visit the riverside communities known as the caboclos to see how they survive in the Amazon and visit a plantation of cassava, some local fruits and at 12pm we return to the Pousada for lunch. At 2 o’clock we start to return to Manaus. Arrival in Manaus at 5 o’clock in the afternoon.
